Today for lunch I had a Pita Pizza. It's a quick semi healthy way to prepare lunch or dinner. You start with a round pita bread. Put some olive oil on it, then store bought pizza sauce, cheese, and the toppings of your choice. Bake it in the oven or a toaster oven for about 10 minutes or to desired color. What do you like to have for lunch?
